Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Weydr (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Weydr is

Weydr helps you build one master profile and generate tailored résumés, cover letters, interview prep, and salary insights for jobs you're applying to. It's a drafting and organization tool: it doesn't guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular salary outcome, and you're responsible for reviewing anything it generates before you send it to an employer.

Your account

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans, billing, and payments

• ·The free plan includes one complete application at no cost, plus unlimited exports, forever.
• ·Paid plans are prepaid periods (30 or 90 days) billed once per period through our payment provider, Razorpay. They do not auto-renew and are not recurring subscriptions — there is no auto-debit.
• ·On Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) plans, you pay us a flat platform fee; any usage cost from your AI provider is billed to you directly by that provider, not by us.
• ·Prices are shown in USD or INR depending on your region.
• ·Because paid periods are prepaid and non-renewing, we don't provide prorated refunds for unused time within a period except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@weydr.app.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• ·Submit fabricated credentials, employment history, or qualifications and represent them as true.
• ·Attempt to abuse, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, plan allowances, or the job-URL import feature.
• ·Share your account or a connected BYOK provider key with anyone in violation of your agreement with that provider.
• ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that infringes someone else's rights.

Your content

You own the résumé, job, and profile content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us the license needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to provide the features you use, including sending it to the AI provider (managed or your own BYOK key) that generates your tailored output.

AI-generated content

Tailored résumés, cover letters, interview prep, and salary insights are generated from the information you provide. We don't guarantee their accuracy, and you're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything generated before relying on it or sending it to a third party (like an employer).

Intellectual property

The Service's design, templates, code, and branding belong to us. These Terms don't grant you any right to copy, resell, or redistribute the platform itself, separate from the content you own and export from it.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties: AI providers (for example Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic), Supabase for authentication and storage, and Razorpay for payments. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to that provider's own terms.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@weydr.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay for a plan.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that tailored content will lead to an interview, offer, or any specific salary outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice.
