Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Weydr (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or 18 where your local law requires it) to use the Service.

The Service is provided by Weydr (operated from India; legal entity details will be added upon business registration). Contact: support@weydr.com.

What Weydr is

Weydr helps you build one master profile and generate tailored résumés, cover letters, interview prep, and salary insights for jobs you're applying to. It's a drafting and organization tool: it doesn't guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular salary outcome, and you're responsible for reviewing anything it generates before you send it to an employer.

Your account

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans, billing, and payments

• ·The free plan includes a one-time starter allowance at no cost, plus unlimited exports.
• ·Paid plans are prepaid periods (30 or 90 days) paid once through our payment provider, PayPal. They do not auto-renew and are not recurring subscriptions: there is no auto-debit.
• ·On Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) plans, you pay us a flat platform fee; any usage cost from your AI provider is billed to you directly by that provider, not by us.
• ·Prices are shown in USD. Taxes such as VAT or GST may apply depending on your country.
• ·Your paid access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you buy a plan while one is active, the time left carries over on top of the new period.
• ·Refunds and withdrawal are covered in the next section.

Refunds and your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. To use that right, withdraw within 14 days of buying by writing to support@weydr.com.

Otherwise we do not refund unused time in a prepaid period, except where the law requires it. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the Service did not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will correct it, including a refund where that is fair.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right you have under the mandatory law of your country.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• ·Submit fabricated credentials, employment history, or qualifications and represent them as true.
• ·Attempt to abuse, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, plan allowances, or the job-URL import feature.
• ·Share your account or a connected BYOK provider key with anyone in violation of your agreement with that provider.
• ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that infringes someone else's rights.

Your content and job links

You own the résumé, job, and profile content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us the license needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to provide the features you use, including sending it to the AI provider (managed or your own BYOK key) that generates your tailored output.

When you import a job from a URL, you are responsible for having the right to use that page's content and for following the website's rules. Only paste links to job postings you are entitled to view.

AI-generated content

Tailored résumés, cover letters, interview prep, and salary insights are generated by AI from the information you provide. They can contain mistakes. We don't guarantee their accuracy, and you're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything generated before relying on it or sending it to a third party (like an employer).

Intellectual property

The Service's design, templates, code, and branding belong to us. These Terms don't grant you any right to copy, resell, or redistribute the platform itself, separate from the content you own and export from it.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties: AI providers (for example Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic), Supabase for authentication and storage, and PayPal for payments. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to that provider's own terms. Our Privacy Policy lists them.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time yourself under Settings → Data & privacy. Your content is removed immediately; some records we must keep by law are described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not by itself refund a prepaid period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. If we end your paid access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period.

Our responsibility

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. We don't guarantee that AI output is error-free or that you'll get a particular outcome, such as an interview, an offer or a salary.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, and nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live where the law gives you that right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice. Changes apply to purchases made after the change and do not affect a period you have already paid for.
